We're looking for a small team who will be interested in helping set up the event.
This role may vary from moving equipment around the site to decorating or marking out some of the venues, to manning the Festival Reception and checking in and out deliveries and guests that arrive during set-up.
Ideally, you’ll live close to the event as camping facilities will be limited towards the beginning of the week. If you feel you’re happy to be given instructions or happy to slot in where needed, we would love to hear from you.
As the Set-up Team works during the week running up to the event, we would ideally need people to work as many days as possible, but the minimum is two days. In return, you will be able to attend the event for free.
What days do I need to work?
You’ll work two days (preferably more days) from Monday 30th May – Thursday 3rd June. These hours will vary, but you will work significantly longer days, usually from 8am – 6pm.
When do I need to arrive?
You will need to be on-site no later than 8.30pm the night before your first shift. In addition, you will need to attend a briefing before you start your shift. The timings of these will be roughly 9.00am or 8.30pm every day.
